Graco's SaniForce 4150, 4-inch air-operated double diaphragm (AODD) pump provides a hygienic solution for customers needing to pump flow rates up to 90 gpm. It offers a quick knock-down design for easy cleaning and a low cost of ownership.
Application: Ideal for food processing and personal care markets. Common applications include high volume evacuation of liquid concentrates from holding vessels or repackaging of fluids from the original container to smaller receptacles. Suitable to pump products like flavorings, purees, sauces and other low to medium viscosity materials.- 4 inch sanitary pump with flow rates up to 90 gpm (340 lpm) and pressures up to 120 psi (8 bar)
- Seal-less diaphragm pump design eliminates leaking and failures due to run-dry pump conditions
- Graco double diaphragm pumps stall under pressure preventing pump failures from clogged lines or closed valves
- Equipped with inlet and outlet tri-clamp connections, offering a quick knockdown design for easy cleanability and a swift maintenance process
- PTFE/EPDM overmolded diaphragm design reduces areas that harbor bacteria while improving wear and diaphragm life with no exposed diaphragm plate on the fluid side
